The chosen candidate will be responsible for Medico -Marketing, Market Access Leads Creation and strategic visits, Field Activity and Class-room Training. Job Description

  1. Medico -Marketing:

1-Creating and implementing marketing plans

2-Delivery of appropriate marketing tools and digital elements

3-Tailoring effective communication of brand’s benefits and application 

4-Creating and running marketing projects and activities 

5-Managing and preparing events to get maximim ROI

6-Handling medical queries and objections related to therpeutic area

7-Monitoring market trends and acting upon them

8-Customer or consumer engagement plans

9- Design, create, and deliver Medico-Marketing material to sales team

10-Follow-up on training to ensure knowledge retention

  1. Market Access Leads Creation and strategic visits:

1-Scanning market for new leads and opportunities

2-Identifying strategic accounts 

3-Selecting customers with appropriate profiles to support strategic projects 

4-Planning visits and engaging with KOLs

  1. Field Activity:

1-Evaluating proper use of marketing messages and tools

2-Improving message delivery skills and tactics

3-Collecting market pulse

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical field
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous sales experience
  • Owning a car is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive, motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Solid understanding of company services and market position
  • Excellent customer care with the ability to assess needs and provide accurate guidance or solutions
