Saudi German Health is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team in Madinah branch. We are seeking a qualified professional with strong leadership skills, hospital pharmacy experience, and a commitment to patient safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and manage the pharmacy team, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Manage medication inventory, procurement, and cost optimization.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and patient safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or similar leadership role.
• Valid SCFHS classification and registration.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
