🐾 We’re Hiring: Veterinary Pharmacist 🐾
Modern Vet is looking for a qualified and experienced Veterinary Pharmacist to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, compound, package, and label medications based on veterinary prescriptions.
• Review veterinarian orders and identify potential therapeutic incompatibilities.
• Provide pharmacological information and guidance on dosage, drug therapies, and potential side effects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy, municipality, and ministry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records for controlled substances and ensure proper medication storage and handling.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including retail medications, and monitor stock levels.
• Ensure proper inventory control and cost-effective procurement of medications.
• Supervise and coordinate the workflow of pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Verify medication preparation, labelling, order entries, charges, and inspections.
• Support the development of pharmacological knowledge among hospital staff through training and education.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls when required.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Relevant experience in veterinary pharmacy or a similar pharmaceutical role.
• Strong knowledge of medication management, inventory control, and regulatory requirements.
• Good knowledge of municipality and ministry-related processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environment.
