Pharmacist – El Ezaby Pharmacies

Job Summary:

El Ezaby Pharmacies is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pharmacist to provide professional pharmaceutical services, ensure accurate dispensing, and deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with company standards and MOH regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and ensure proper counseling to customers according to El Ezaby standards.
• Review prescriptions for completeness, accuracy, and potential drug interactions.
• Provide medical advice regarding medication usage, dosage, contraindications, and side effects.
• Apply El Ezaby customer service guidelines to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of medications as per quality and safety standards.
• Maintain updated knowledge of El Ezaby promotions, OTC items, cosmetics, and wellness products.
• Follow the company’s procedures in handling controlled medications and accurate documentation.
• Support branch operations including receiving orders, arranging shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and branch teams to achieve sales, service, and operational KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid Pharmacists Syndicate registration and MOH license.
• Strong medical and pharmaceutical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high customer flow.
