Inventory Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, categorize, and properly store incoming shipments of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and IV solutions.

Stock Monitoring: Track expiration dates regularly and implement effective stock rotation principles (e.g., FEFO).

Supply Coordination: Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to fulfill their daily product requests and prevent any stock-outs.

Compliance Standards: Ensure the medical store strictly adheres to SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) and MOH regulations regarding temperature, humidity, and safety controls.

Stock Auditing: Conduct periodic physical stock counts (audits) and reconcile discrepancies with the electronic system.

Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital records of all issued and received medical items.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).

Valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

Proven experience in medical store management, warehouse operations, or hospital pharmacy inventory.

Proficiency in using Inventory Management Software and MS Excel.

High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
