Job Description:

  • Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them warmly and smiling (Welcoming Script)
  • Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties; answering patients’ questions; maintaining the reception area.
  • Booking appointments
  • Re-scheduling appointments
  • Cancelling appointments
  • Registering new patients
  • Keeps patient appointments on schedule by updating the system of patient’s arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding doctors/nurses of service delays.
  • Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Check the validity of insurance cards for every visit
  • Reporting of all complaints
  • Full respect to our doctors, greeting them warmly and have a good relationship
  • Ensure managing Productivity with High Quality of Saving all required data during Registration process and logging all registration issues on a daily basis in order to improve

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or any qualification degree
  • Experience Fields: Customer Service, Receptionist, ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively; in English and Arabic. Multi-tasking, Flexibility, Telephone Skills, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Scheduling
  • Year of experience: Experience in customer service, contact center, call center or customer care position
