Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Patient Care Coordinator role based in Dubai. The Patient Care Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for patients, greeting them, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Daily tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating follow-up visits, managing patient records, and assisting with the digital patient journey. The role involves handling phone and online inquiries, providing accurate information about services, and guiding patients through treatment plans in collaboration with clinical staff. The coordinator will also support billing-related queries, help maintain compliance with clinic protocols, and work closely with the dental and dermatology teams to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
Qualifications

  • Strong appointment management skills, including Appointment Scheduling and coordination of follow-up visits.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills for managing calls, inquiries, and patient updates.
  • Experience with Care Coordination, supporting patients through their treatment journey and liaising with clinical teams.
  • Familiarity with Medical Terminology to accurately communicate with healthcare professionals and document patient information.
  • Demonstrated Patient Care skills, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and service excellence.
  • Previous experience in a dental, dermatology, or broader healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record or practice management systems and basic office software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in healthcare administration, nursing assistance, or a related field is beneficial.
