Position : OT Coordinator
Location📍: Saudi German Hospital, Dubai

We are looking for an experienced OT Coordinator to join our team in a UAE-based multispecialty hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage OT (Operating Theatre) surgery bookings.
* Schedule surgeries and coordinate with doctors, nurses, and relevant departments.
* Maintain accurate patient and surgical records.
* Coordinate the availability of surgical equipment and resources.
* Perform administrative and clerical duties related to OT operations.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an OT Coordinator in a UAE-based multispecialty hospital is mandatory.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
