Hiring: 2 Operational Manager – Medical Devices & Disposables & Laboratory & Blood Bank Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead our Medical Devices & Disposables and our Laboratory & Blood Bank Solutions business unit within a leading healthcare distribution organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operational activities across the business units.
Follow up on Order process cycle, with collaboration with cross functional departments
Manage customers relations and distribution performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Quality, and Finance teams.
Develop operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in healthcare distribution, medical devices, or healthcare supply chain.
Experience in contract management and administration
Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Experience with ERP systems and operations management.
