This is a full-time on-site role for a Methodology Supervisor, based in 10th of Ramadan. The Methodology Supervisor will oversee and design analytical methodologies, develop effective testing procedures, and ensure accuracy and compliance with established pharmaceutical standards. They will coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate analytical methods, investigate deviations, and implement continuous improvements within the quality assurance processes. The role involves maintaining up-to-date documentation and providing guidance and training to team members. Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing and validating analytical methodologies and testing procedures
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and compliance with pharmaceutical standards
• Experience with laboratory techniques and instrumentation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage teams and provide effective training
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory or quality assurance role is highly desirable
