CBC international is looking for talented candidate who is passionate about making a difference to join CBC team for a high quality skincare brands based in Dubai . The Role is for different areas: Dubai & Northern Emirates and Abu Dhabi

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Analyze sales performance and report on team achievements to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct training sessions for sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in order to promote the company’s products and increase the sales.
• Conduct market research to identify competitors activities and available opportunities and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• To carry out the plan of daily customer visits accordingly to the Company’s requirements and to ensure effective visits

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in the medical field with Dermatologists and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and training skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Knowledge of medical products and healthcare industry regulations.
• Speak Arabic and English fluently.
• Valid UAE driving license and car.
