Role Description The Medical Representative role at NAPCO PHARMA is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other medical stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include visiting healthcare facilities, conducting product presentations, providing accurate medical and product information, and building long-term professional relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and submitting regular reports to management. The Medical Representative also supports educational and promotional events, ensuring that NAPCO PHARMA’s portfolio is well-positioned in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Strong medical sales skills, with a proven ability to promote pharmaceutical products and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals and maintain productive relationships.
  • Solid foundation in medicine or pharmacy, with the ability to understand and explain therapeutic indications and product benefits.
  • Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan visits and manage a sales territory independently.
  • Proficiency in using basic office and CRM software, and in preparing clear, concise sales reports.
  • Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
