Job Description

As a Health Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enhancing customer experience and ensuring HCP engagement through the delivery of promotional and educational content within a defined geographic territory and you will be responsible for delivering compliant, science based promotional engagement—both in person and virtually—to support HCPs in improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize product growth through targeted promotional activities in the assigned territory.
  • Deliver science‑based promotional messages to support HCPs in addressing patient needs.
  • Prepare periodic activity reports, market feedback, and competitive insights
  • Ensure full adherence to local laws, regulations, and principal company policies and SOPs.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: B.Sc. in Pharmacy.
  • Experience: 1–2 years as a Health/Medical Representative.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Soft Skills: Effective communication and negotiation skills; strong problem-solving abilities; collaborative team player.
