Job Overivew:

The Medical Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers to drive business growth and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strategic approach to account management, ensuring superior customer service, promoting product awareness, and executing sales initiatives effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product awareness and maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive products to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and adherence to the Quality Management System.

Key Account Management

  • Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Regularly communicate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through ethical sales methods and excellent service.
  • Plan and execute medical activities as per the direction of the line manager.

Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence

  • Provide superior customer service by effectively detailing product benefits to assigned doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Gather and compile market intelligence on competitors’ products, industry trends, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and business growth.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, or a related medical field.
  • Minimum of 1 Year of experience as Medical Representative within the UAE healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, Dubai market experience is a plus
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • High level of customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in the UAE market, Dubai market experience is a plus
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
