Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and maintain patient medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Oversee the release of patient information in compliance with national regulations and organizational policies.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records by conducting regular audits and quality checks.
- Manage the electronic health record system, including user access, security, and data integrity.
- Responsible for collecting the archiving files company and sending files.
- Data analysis and number of mortality cases
- Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care.
- Provide training and support to healthcare providers on medical record documentation and use of the electronic health record system.
- Respond to requests for medical records from patients, healthcare providers, and legal entities in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to medical record management and documentation.
- typing required reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience
