Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist. The position is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, answering phone calls and providing exceptional phone etiquette, handling receptionist duties, and utilizing medical terminology effectively in a medical office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and working in a Medical Office environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related fields is a plus
