Job Description
KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Install, configure, and commission medical devices at client sites (hospitals and healthcare facilities).
- Provide after-sales technical support and customer service.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Train healthcare staff on the proper use and handling of devices.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain service records.
- Support the sales team with technical expertise (pre-sales & post-sales support).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA).
- Manage spare parts and maintain inventory records.
- Liaise with manufacturers/suppliers to resolve advanced technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
