📌 Position: Medical Claims Audit Manager
📌 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical / Paramedical field (Mandatory)
📌 Experience: 10+ years in Healthcare – TPA / Payer background
📍 Location: Dubai

🌟 Key Requirements
✔️ Strong expertise in FWA auditing & investigations
✔️ Deep knowledge of medical coding, claims processing & healthcare regulations
✔️ Experience identifying suspicious patterns, conducting audits & preparing detailed reports
✔️ Good understanding of UAE healthcare insurance guidelines (preferred)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔍 Lead and manage FWA audit activities across healthcare claims
🕵️‍♂️ Detect, investigate & report fraud, waste, and abuse cases
📑 Develop audit strategies & ensure regulatory compliance
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams & external stakeholders
📝 Prepare audit findings, reports & recommendations
🎓 Train and guide team members on FWA practices & compliance
