Job Summary:

Al Husseini Medical Solutions is looking for a proactive and analytical Marketing Officer to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies for its Iraq operations. This role involves strategic campaign development, performance monitoring, and full management of digital content platforms including social media and websites. The ideal candidate will ensure our brand voice resonates in the Iraqi market while driving measurable growth and engagement. This hybrid position is based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Performance

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals and regional priorities in Iraq.

• Define KPIs and regularly track, report, and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns (digital and offline).

• Adjust marketing activities based on performance insights, market trends, and ROI analysis.

• Support business development with targeted lead generation campaigns and promotional initiatives.

2. Social Media & Content Platform Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent and compelling content.

• Plan monthly content calendars in coordination with the Iraq operations team and the Dubai office.

• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and grow community presence organically and through paid campaigns.

3. Website & Digital Presence Oversight

• Maintain and update the company website(s) with accurate, SEO-optimized content and timely news.

• Ensure user experience, navigation, and mobile responsiveness are aligned with industry best practices.

• Track website analytics (traffic, bounce rate, conversions) and prepare monthly performance summaries.

4. Brand & Visual Communication

• Ensure all marketing content follows brand guidelines and reflects a unified voice across all platforms.

• Develop or coordinate design of brochures, product sheets, roll-ups, videos, and presentation decks.

• Support the Iraq sales and field teams with customized promotional materials.

5. Market Insight & Coordination

• Research and report on healthcare market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior in Iraq.

• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and in-country teams to support campaign implementation.

• Ensure compliance with local marketing regulations and cultural norms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance tracking, and marketing automation tools.

• Proficient in content creation platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, WordPress, Meta Business Suite).

• Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).

• High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid Work: 4 days in-office (Monday to Thursday), 1 day remote (Saturday)

• Days Off: Friday and Sunday
