Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates for an Aesthetic Medical Director. The Aesthetic Medical Director will oversee the clinic’s medical operations, providing leadership and expertise to the medical team. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care to patients, collaborating with physicians, implementing and monitoring treatments, reviewing clinical protocols, and ensuring compliance with standard healthcare regulations. The role also requires developing strategies for continued growth and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Medicine with expertise in areas such as aesthetic and dermatology
• Proven ability to collaborate and effectively work with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Leadership and organizational skills for overseeing medical operations and clinical guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trusting relationships with patients and staff
• Board certification and a valid medical license in the United Arab Emirates
• Prior experience in dermatology or aesthetics is a strong advantage
