Role Description The Laser Technician is responsible for performing safe and effective laser treatments, including laser hair removal and other aesthetic laser procedures, in accordance with clinic protocols. This full-time, on-site role is based in Al Ain and includes conducting client consultations, assessing treatment suitability, and explaining procedures and aftercare. The Laser Technician will operate and maintain laser equipment, prepare treatment rooms, and accurately document client records. The role also involves delivering professional customer service, managing appointment schedules, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal for aesthetic treatments.
• Candidates should possess skills in operating Laser devices, including Laser setup, safety, and basic Laser Cutting where applicable.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and client relationship management.
• Relevant certification or training in laser therapy or medical aesthetics from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of skin types, contraindications, and safety protocols related to laser procedures.
• Ability to follow clinical guidelines, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold hygiene and infection-control standards.
• Previous experience in a dermatology, aesthetic clinic, or similar healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
