📢 We Are Hiring: Junior IP Coder – Insurance Approval
📍 Location: Thumbay University Hospital, Al Jerf, Ajman
We are looking for a Junior Inpatient (IP) Coder to join our Insurance team and support the insurance approval process.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Review inpatient medical records and assign accurate ICD/CPT codes
Coordinate with the insurance team for approvals and documentation
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and insurance requirements
🔹 Requirements:
Educational background in Medical / Healthcare
Basic knowledge of ICD and DRG coding and insurance processes
Candidates with 1–2 years of UAE experience must
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Certification in medical coding (CPC Must)
