IV Mixing Pharmacist
REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Pharm D degree from an
  accredited pharmacy program
  (clinical).
• 2 – 3 years of Experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge and
  understanding of
  pharmacotherapy principles, drug
  interactions, and medication
  safety practices.
