Role Description The IPC Senior Specialist is responsible for overseeing in-process control activities throughout the manufacturing cycle to ensure products meet internal and regulatory quality standards. This full-time, on-site role in Markaz Qowesna includes monitoring production operations, performing routine and non-routine in-process tests, and reviewing batch records to verify compliance with GMP and company procedures. The IPC Senior Specialist collaborates closely with production, quality assurance, and quality control teams to identify deviations, implement corrective actions, and support continuous process improvement. Additional daily tasks may include preparing and updating IPC documentation, participating in internal audits and investigations, and contributing to training initiatives related to in-process control and quality practices.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, in-process control procedures, and GMP guidelines.
  • Experience with quality systems, documentation practices, and root cause analysis in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to interpret test results, assess process trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional production and quality teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field.
  • Previous experience in IPC, QC, or QA roles within the pharmaceutical industry is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements for human and veterinary pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
