🌍 We’re Hiring: International Patient Coordinator
📍 Location: Dubai
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a proactive and patient-focused International Patient Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for international patients seeking IVF treatment. This role will be responsible for managing the patient journey from the initial enquiry through coordination of treatment, travel arrangements, and ongoing communication with the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Act as the primary point of contact for international patients, providing timely and professional assistance throughout their IVF journey.
🔹 Coordinate with patients regarding treatment plans, appointments, required documentation, and other pre- and post-treatment requirements.
🔹 Assist international patients with travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flight tickets, airport transfers, visa services, and other logistical requirements.
🔹 Coordinate closely with the Marketing and Call Center teams to receive, follow up on, and convert international patient leads into treatment opportunities.
🔹 Manage and process leads received from different channels, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate information, and smooth conversion of prospective patients.
🔹 Liaise with doctors, nurses, embryology, billing, and other internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of international patient cases.
🔹 Maintain accurate patient records, track enquiries and treatment journeys, and prepare regular reports on international patient activity and conversions.
🔹 Ensure all communication and coordination are carried out in accordance with applicable UAE and international IVF laws, regulations, and healthcare standards.

Requirements
✅ 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, patient services, or a similar role
✅ IVF, fertility, hospital, or healthcare experience is highly preferred
✅ Fluent in Arabic and English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
✅ Strong understanding of international patient handling, travel coordination, and medical tourism
✅ Knowledge of UAE IVF laws, regulations, and related healthcare requirements
✅ Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills
✅ Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, doctors, internal departments, marketing teams, call centers, and external service providers
