REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or B.Sc. in relevant field (Medical coding
  certification CPC/CCS preferred)
  Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Insurance
  Coordinator / Medical Coder in UAE
  (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS
  coding and DHA regulations
  Hands-on experience with insurance portals,
  pre-authorization and claim submission
  © Familiarity with UAE insurance companies,
  TPA, and rejection management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced
  clinical environment
• Must be an immediate joiner and currently
  available in UAE

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Obtain pre-approvals and authorizations for consultations
  and procedures
• Perform accurate medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Submit insurance claims and follow up on pending approvals
• Handle claim rejections, denials and resubmissions
  effectively
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and billing team
  •
  Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Ensure compliance with DHA and insurance guidelines
