 Insurance Coordinator – Emiratization

We’re currently looking for a motivated Emirati national to join our administrative team as an Insurance Coordinator. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or new to healthcare, eager to grow within the healthcare industry and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with insurance companies to verify patient eligibility and coverage
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims and approvals
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient insurance details
• Act as the liaison between patients, clinical staff, and insurers
• Maintain compliance with insurance and billing regulations

🔹 Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field
• Basic understanding of medical insurance processes and documentation
• Certification in medical coding is preferred, such as:
• CPC (Certified Professional Coder) – AAPC
• CCA or CCS – AHIMA
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and IT skills
