📢 Thumbay Healthcare Division Hiring for Insurance Approval Officer (OP&IP)
📍 Location: Ajman, Sharjah & Fujairah

We are looking for experienced Insurance Approval professionals to join our team and support both Outpatient (OP) and Inpatient (IP) approval processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

*Handle OP and IP insurance approvals efficiently and accurately
*Coordinate with insurance providers for authorizations and follow-ups
*Ensure complete and timely documentation submission
*Maintain compliance with UAE insurance regulations and hospital policies

🔹 Requirements:

*Educational background in Healthcare (Mandatory)
*Strong knowledge of UAE insurance processes for OP & IP approvals
*Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the UAE healthcare sector (Mandatory)
*Good communication and coordination skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
