Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
– Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills.
– At Least 1 Year of experience in the same title.

Job Requirements:

– Dispenses medications to patients in the hospital, ensuring that the medications are properly labeled and packaged.
– Monitors patients to ensure that they are responding appropriately to their medications and that there are no adverse reactions or interactions.
– Manages drug therapy for patients, making adjustments to medication regimens as necessary.
– Educates patients about their medications, including how to take them, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
