• PHD holders
• Relevant level of experience working in a hospital or private sector
• Excellent communication and skills
• Leadership

Job Description:

·      Leading, motivating and inspiring the team; providing guidance and support.

·      Creating trainings and conducting ongoing development for the staff

·      Participates in monthly staff meetings; establishes agendas and facilitates break out meetings for the doctors in the department

·      Helps establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and Systems for the clinic

·      Conducting training for the department according to clinic’s needs

·      Responsible for recruiting and selection and induction for new staff in the department

·      Maintain the stability of shiny white clinic, must be able to predict needs of the clinic and the materials needed in the clinic

·      Responsible for the doctors in the department and making appraisals for them and working on area of improvements
