GP Dermatologist ( GP Aesthetics )

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site GP Dermatologist (GP Aesthetics) role based in Dubai. The GP Dermatologist will conduct comprehensive consultations, assess skin and aesthetic concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols. Daily responsibilities include performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures, monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring safe, evidence-based practice. The role involves educating clients on treatment options, aftercare, and preventive skincare, while maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to regulatory and ethical standards. The GP Dermatologist will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, participate in continuous training on new aesthetic technologies, and contribute to service quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in Medicine and Family Medicine, with experience managing primary care and dermatological concerns.
• Knowledge of Primary Care principles relevant to aesthetic practice, including holistic client assessment and follow-up.
• Ability to collaborate with Nursing professionals and support safe, high-quality delivery of aesthetic procedures.
• Commitment to ongoing Training and professional development in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid registration/licensure; dermatology or aesthetic medicine certification preferred.
• Previous experience in aesthetic clinics or dermatology settings, including hands-on non-surgical procedures.
• Strong communication skills, client-centered approach, and ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.
• High standards of ethics, attention to detail, and adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
