Role Overview

The GP Aesthetic will play a pivotal role in diagnosing skin-related concerns, recommending non-invasive cosmetic treatments, and performing advanced aesthetic procedures. The ideal candidate is not just technically proficient, but also deeply understands facial harmony, patient psychology, and modern beauty expectations.

We are looking for a physician who can build rapport, retain high-value clients, and represent Lumos Clinics with clinical excellence and impeccable bedside manner.
Key ResponsibilitiesConsultations & Diagnosis

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations to understand patient concerns, expectations, and suitability for various treatments
• Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, risks, and aftercare
• Develop customized, long-term aesthetic treatment plans aligned with client goals

Aesthetic Procedures (Hands-on)

• Administer advanced non-surgical procedures, including but not limited to:
• Botox (face, neck, hyperhidrosis)
• Dermal Fillers (cheeks, lips, tear troughs, jawline, nose reshaping, etc.)
• PRP for face, hair, and under-eye rejuvenation
• Mesotherapy and Skin Boosters
• Microneedling with serums or PRP
• Chemical Peels and Medical Facials
• Basic laser protocols (if trained)

Clinical Management

• Maintain meticulous patient records with treatment history and photos
• Ensure patient follow-ups are conducted on time and results are tracked
• Monitor for side effects and offer post-treatment care guidelines
• Follow strict safety, hygiene, and documentation protocols

Innovation & Upskilling

• Stay up to date with the latest products, protocols, and treatment trends
• Contribute ideas for new services and techniques that align with Lumos’ brand
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and aesthetic events when needed

Candidate Requirements

• Medical License: Must hold a valid DHA license or eligibility as a General Practitioner
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine
• Skills: Strong aesthetic eye, injector precision, and thorough knowledge of facial anatomy
• Client Base: An existing or partial Dubai-based client following is a major advantage
• Personality: Polished, ethical, empathetic, and confident in front of high-end clients
• Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic or Russian is a bonus
• Technology Friendly: Comfortable using clinic software, CRM, and digital consultation tools
