Role Description This full-time on-site role is based at Glow Aesthetic, Medical & Dermatology Clinic in Sharjah. The General Practitioner with Aesthetic focus will provide clinical consultations, perform aesthetic and minor dermatological procedures, and manage ongoing treatment plans for patients seeking cosmetic and skin health solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, explaining treatment options and risks, prescribing appropriate medications or therapies, and performing procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and other non-surgical aesthetic services in line with clinic protocols. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to regulatory and safety standards, collaborating with dermatologists and other clinicians, and participating in patient education and follow-up care. The practitioner is expected to support a patient-centered environment, uphold high ethical standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical services.

Qualifications

• Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) and current license to practice as a General Practitioner in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrated experience in aesthetic medicine, including common procedures such as injectables (e.g., botulinum toxin, dermal fillers), laser treatments, and non-surgical anti-aging therapies.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop safe and effective treatment plans for diverse skin types and conditions.
• Knowledge of dermatology principles, cosmetic dermatology techniques, and contraindications related to aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients, explain procedures, manage expectations, and provide follow-up guidance.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, infection control, and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced, patient-focused clinical environment.
• Prior experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial; additional certifications in aesthetic medicine or dermatology are an advantage.
