Role Description This full-time on-site role for General Practitioners and Aesthetic Doctors is based at Glow Aesthetic, Medical & Dermatology Clinic in Sharjah. The role involves providing general medical consultations, assessing patient histories, performing physical examinations, and formulating treatment plans for dermatological and aesthetic concerns. Daily responsibilities include conducting and supervising aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, anti-aging therapies, injectables, and skin rejuvenation techniques, while adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards. The role also includes counseling patients on treatment options, skincare regimes, and post-procedure care, documenting clinical findings, and collaborating closely with dermatologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members. General Practitioners and Aesthetic Doctors are expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of aesthetic and dermatology advancements, support continuous quality improvement, and contribute to a patient-centered, respectful clinic environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong general medical practice skills, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess aesthetic medicine skills, such as experience with laser therapies, injectables, anti-aging procedures, and non-surgical skin rejuvenation.
  • Candidates should possess dermatology-related skills, including management of common skin conditions, understanding of different skin types and tones, and familiarity with dermatological devices and products.
  • Candidates should possess patient care and communication skills, including clear counseling about procedures and risks, informed consent practices, and culturally sensitive communication.
  • Candidates should possess clinical governance skills, including adherence to infection control, safety protocols, accurate documentation, and ethical practice standards.
  • Relevant medical degree (e.g., MBBS or equivalent), with valid license or eligibility to practice in the UAE; specialization or certification in aesthetic medicine or dermatology is an advantage.
  • Experience working in aesthetic, dermatology clinics, preferably within the GCC region, is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage a busy patient schedule, and adapt to evolving technologies and treatment protocols.
