General Manager – Healthcare Dubai Physiotherapy & Family Medicine Clinic – DPFM Clinic

Dubai Physiotherapy & Family Medicine Clinic is seeking an experienced, driven, and commercially minded General Manager to lead the operations of our growing multidisciplinary healthcare business in Dubai.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic while driving operational performance, team culture, HR management, patient experience, and business growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with ownership and senior clinicians to help lead the next phase of expansion, including continued growth into home care, medical aesthetics, wellness, and beauty therapy services. About Us

- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth workflow across all departments
- Lead and manage administrative, reception, nursing, allied health, and support teams
- Take a lead role in recruitment, onboarding, staff supervision, performance management, disciplinary processes, and staff terminations in line with UAE labour law and company policy
- Drive operational efficiency, accountability, patient satisfaction, and staff performance
- Implement and monitor KPIs, reporting systems, and operational targets
- Work closely with Directors and senior clinicians to support business growth and operational strategy
- Ensure compliance with DHA, MOHRE, insurance, and internal operational standards
- Oversee HR functions including attendance management, leave coordination, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, staff retention, and workplace culture
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, maintenance, and operational logistics
- Support the growth and operational integration of aesthetics and wellness services
- Handle escalated patient and staff concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with budgeting, revenue monitoring, and operational cost management
- Promote a strong workplace culture focused on professionalism, teamwork, integrity, accountability, and patient care
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare operations or clinic management within the UAE
- Previous experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, Practice Manager, or senior healthcare management role preferred
- Strong HR management experience is essential
- Strong understanding of UAE labour law, healthcare operations, and DHA regulatory requirements
- Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Highly organized with excellent administrative and operational abilities
- Experience with healthcare systems, scheduling, reporting, and KPI management
- Commercial awareness and ability to support business growth initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
