WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience managing a healthcare facility in the UAE or Gulf, ideally a multidisciplinary clinic
• A good understanding of clinic operations, finances and budget management
• Practical knowledge of DHA requirements
• Experience leading teams and improving day-to-day processes
• A track record of making improvements to a healthcare business, with measurable results
• Someone who enjoys working with people and feels comfortable managing both the bigger picture and everyday details
