Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-centered Functional Medicine Doctor to join the growing team at Everwell.

This role is ideal for a practitioner who is deeply passionate about root-cause medicine and committed to delivering truly personalized care. You will combine advanced diagnostics, functional protocols, and lifestyle interventions to uncover the underlying drivers of health concerns and translate complex clinical data into clear, results-driven care plans.

As a key member of the clinical team, you will guide patients through their entire health journey using a holistic and integrative approach. Your focus will be on helping patients prevent illness, optimize performance, and achieve long-term health outcomes, rather than simply managing symptoms.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultation & Care Planning

• Conduct comprehensive consultations
• Interpret advanced diagnostics:
• Blood panels ; Hormonal testing ; Functional medicine tests ; Genetic testing
• Identify root causes of disease and dysfunction
• Develop personalized, multi-disciplinary treatment plans

Clinical Procedures & Interventions

• Oversee and implement therapeutic protocols, including:

IV therapy ; Peptide therapy ; Supplement protocols

• Ensure safe and effective delivery of treatments

Patient Education & Empowerment

• Educate patients on their conditions and treatment strategies
• Empower patients to take ownership of their health
• Provide ongoing guidance and support throughout treatment journeys

Thought Leadership & Brand Representation

• Contribute to Everwell’s reputation through:
• Social media presence; Educational content; Workshop and events
• Participate in continuous professional development (CPD)

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
• Ensure adherence to DHA regulations and Everwell SOPs

Collaboration & Team Integration

• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams
• Collaborate with allied healthcare professionals
• Ensure seamless patient flow and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Medicine
• Valid DHA License (General Practice)
• BLS Certification

Additional training in:

• Functional Medicine or Integrative Medicine or Lifestyle Medicine (will be preferred)
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

Experience:

• Experience in Functional Medicine
• Competency in investigating and interpreting advanced diagnostics.
• Confident in developing and managing treatment protocols involving: Peptide therapies; IV infusion therapies; Targeted supplementation & BHRT
