Employment Type: Part-Time (3.5 Days per Week)

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Compensation: Commission-Based

Visa Status: Candidate must have their own valid UAE visa.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Endodontist to join our dental clinic on a part-time, commission-based arrangement. The successful candidate will also serve as the Medical Director, overseeing clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality standards within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Endodontist Duties

* Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries affecting the dental pulp and root canal system.

* Perform root canal treatments, retreatments, and endodontic surgical procedures.

* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

* Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

* Ensure high standards of patient care and infection control.

Medical Director Duties

* Act as the clinic’s Medical Director in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.

* Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH/AP regulations and clinical standards.

* Oversee clinical quality assurance and patient safety initiatives.

* Support licensing, inspections, audits, and accreditation requirements.

* Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the dental team.

* Review and implement clinical policies and protocols.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS) and Master’s/Specialization in Endodontics.

* Valid UAE professional license/eligibility letter as an Endodontist.

* Previous experience working as an Endodontist in the UAE is preferred.

* Eligible to serve as Medical Director under the applicable health authority regulations.

* Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.

* Must possess a valid UAE residence visa (own visa sponsorship).
