Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate guests’ nutritional needs through consultations and wellness assessments.
- Identify dietary deficiencies and health concerns related to nutrition.
- Design tailored nutrition programs to support individual wellness goals.
- Recommend dietary modifications, supplements, or interventions aligned with Miraval’s food philosophy.
- Provide practical, culturally sensitive dietary advice to help guests make informed food choices.
- Facilitate workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one consultations.
- Track progress of long-stay and return guests and adapt nutrition plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with spa, culinary, and fitness teams to ensure holistic care.
- Partner with chefs and wellness specialists to integrate nutrition into all offerings.
- Support culinary programming, menus, and retreats with evidence-based input.
- Contribute to wellness education through guest lectures, cooking demos, and immersive experiences.
- Promote healthy eating habits within the resort and the broader community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in, wellness resort, or hospitality settings
- Passion for wellness, mindful living, and holistic healing
