Job Description

Dubai Physiotherapy & Family Medicine Clinic (DPFM) is a multidisciplinary medical group delivering high-quality musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, and primary care services in Dubai. The clinic operates an integrated care model that combines orthopaedics, physiotherapy, diagnostics, and rehabilitation to ensure superior patient outcomes and continuity of care.

As part of our expansion, DPFM is partnering with leading hospitals and day surgery centres to provide advanced surgical services through a vertically integrated orthopedic program.

Role Overview

DPFM is seeking an experienced Part-Time Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to provide outpatient consultations and perform surgical procedures at partner hospitals and daycare facilities.

This is a revenue-share engagement designed for high-performing highly reputed surgeons who want access to a strong patient pipeline, streamlined administrative support, and an integrated rehabilitation ecosystem without the burden of running a private practice.

The successful candidate will be employed by DPFM Clinic and will hold clinical privileges at DPFM’s partner hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

Integrated Care & Referrals

  • Support appropriate and ethical referral pathways within the integrated care model
  • Promote evidence-based, patient-centred treatment pathways

Professional Standards

  • Maintain valid DHA Specialist or Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon licence
  • Maintain professional indemnity and hospital privileges as required
  • Comply with all DHA, hospital, and DPFM clinical governance policies
