At GluCare.Health, we are redefining healthcare through innovation in diabetes and metabolic health. We are seeking a high-impact Business Development & Corporate Health Programs Executive to operate at the intersection of business growth, clinical operations, and patient conversion.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role not a traditional desk-based position. You will own the end-to-end delivery of corporate metabolic health screenings and be directly accountable for converting participants into booked and attended clinic consultations. You will act as the critical bridge between employers, internal clinical teams, and patients, ensuring flawless execution while driving measurable revenue growth.
Core ResponsibilitiesKPIs and Success Metrics
- Corporate Screenings & Operations
- End-to-End Execution: Own the coordination and onsite delivery of assigned corporate screenings
- Onsite Leadership: Act as the primary lead managing registration, participant flow, and internal systems during events
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and marketing teams to ensure logistical readiness
- Client Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for employers onsite, ensuring a premium partner experience
- Patient Conversion & CRM Management
- The Conversion Engine: Proactively follow up with participants via calls, WhatsApp, and email to book clinic consultations. Also support the sales team in converting qualified leads to direct in-clinic bookings.
- Patient Education: Educate participants on GluCare services and guide them through their metabolic health journey
- Data Integrity: Own accurate lead creation and maintain 100% CRM data accuracy
- Reporting: Deliver weekly insights on conversion performance and revenue contribution
- Business Development & Partnerships
- Lead Generation & Inside Sales: Generate qualified corporate leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking; manage the pipeline from prospecting to meeting booking and follow-ups
- Opportunity Development: Identify, qualify, and close corporate screening opportunities through structured outreach and consultative selling
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture partnerships with corporate HR teams, insurance providers, and wellness platforms to generate long-term business opportunities
- Market Intelligence: Develop and maintain a corporate insurance and employer matrix to enable targeted outreach and improve conversion rates
- Brand Representation: Represent GluCare at industry events and HR forums to drive visibility, relationship building, and new business opportunities
- Execution: Successful delivery of screenings with zero operational gaps
- Conversion Power: Achieving a minimum 25% screening-to-clinic conversion rate
- Revenue: Monthly clinic revenue influenced through secured appointments
- Accuracy: 100% lead capture and CRM data integrity
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in healthcare operations, clinical coordination, or corporate wellness
- Market Knowledge: UAE experience is mandatory. Familiarity with local corporate health landscapes is preferred
- Sales DNA: Comfortable working toward appointment targets and revenue-based KPIs
- Logistics: Highly organized with experience managing onsite medical operations or large-scale events
- Communication: Confident speaking with patients; ability to balance empathy with a sales-driven approach
- Mobility: Must have a valid UAE driving license and be comfortable with regular travel across Dubai
