About the job:

The Dental Hygienist will provide on-site dental screenings, preventive care education, and oral hygiene consultations. This role plays a key part in promoting oral health awareness, engaging with attendees to deliver quality dental services, and encouraging the integration of dental care into overall wellness. The Dental Hygienist contributes to client acquisition and supports the hospital’s mission of early prevention and patient-centered care, helping to drive brand visibility and enhance the client journey.

1.Event Planning & Coordination Participate in the preparation and delivery of oral wellness segments within corporate and community health events. Assist in tailoring oral health awareness programs and screenings to meet the specific needs. Ensure availability and readiness of dental hygiene materials and equipment prior to each event.

2. Team Collaboration Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team during health lounges to support the delivery of integrated care services. Ensure all dental-related activities are aligned with the hospital’s mission of preventive care and public education. Provide professional support to colleagues in the execution of oral health-related tasks during events.

3. Health Lounge Enhancement & Innovation Propose innovative ideas for increasing awareness about oral hygiene and its impact on general health. Support in creating engaging, interactive content or demonstrations that enhance the attendee experience. Introduce participants to the latest in preventive dental care and oral health technologies.

4. Brand Awareness & Client Acquisition Represent the hospital’s dental department during events and promote its services through professional interaction and education. Actively communicate the importance of regular dental visits and oral hygiene as part of general wellness. Support efforts to convert interested participants into active dental patients by encouraging follow-up appointments.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Document outcomes of oral health screenings and interventions provided during events. Assist in tracking dental event participation, educational material distribution, and clinical findings. Share key observations and feedback with the dental team for service improvement.

6. Revenue Generation & Client Journey Management Help guide event attendees through the post-screening process, providing information on next steps and available dental services at the hospital. Ensure participant data is accurately recorded and shared with the hospital’s dental department for follow-up care. Support booking of appointments and referrals to dental specialists where needed.

7. Resource Preparation & Inventory Maintain the hygiene and functionality of dental tools and materials used during events. Ensure all disposable items and educational giveaways are available and replenished in coordination with the logistics team.

8. General Responsibilities Stay updated on best practices in preventive dentistry, oral hygiene education, and community health outreach. Uphold infection control standards and ethical clinical practices during all interactions. Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer.
