Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dental Business Development Executive to join our growing dental team. This role is perfect for a licensed dentist with UAE experience who is passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with dental clinics and partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth areas.
• Present company services and solutions professionally.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Arabic Speaker.
• Dentistry Education with UAE experience.
• Proven experience in business development / sales (dental lab or dental industry is a must).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong sales skills and target-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (CRM experience is an advantage).
