Customer Service Executive – Emirati Talent
This is a full-time and part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive – Emirati Talent at Aster Pharmacy in Dubai. The role involves daily tasks related to customer service, support, satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing top-notch service to all customers visiting the pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
- Engaging and Assisting the Customers waiting inside store with RxN.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve problems.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Strive to exceed customer service goals and targets while continuously enhancing skills through training and development.
Qualifications
- Freshers/Students are welcome to apply
- Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Service Excellence
- Strong abilities in Customer Experience management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Experience in the healthcare or retail industry as a customer service is an added advantage
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
