Location: Downtown, Cairo, Egypt

Limitless Care is looking for a Customer Care Delegate to join our team and ensuring our customers’ needs are met with exceptional speed and accuracy.

Role Overview:
You will represent Limitless Care, ensuring our customers’ needs are met with exceptional speed and accuracy. Your focus will be on providing high-quality transactional support, resolving immediate issues, and consistently delivering on our brand promise to every member of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inquiry Management: Handle daily customer interactions across multiple channels (Phone, Email, Chat) with a focus on First Contact Resolution.
  • Problem Diagnosis: Analyze customer issues to identify root causes and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM. 
  • Standard Escalations: Recognize when an issue falls outside of standard policy and escalate it to the appropriate department. 
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions. 

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or at least 1 year of experience at TPA
  • Exceptional communication skills with an empathetic “customer-first” mindset.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
