Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations to understand patients’ health concerns and medical histories
• Collaborate with patients’ primary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Analyze historical health data and patient records to assist in diagnosis
• Perform specialized diagnostic tests, including endoscopic procedures, to evaluate internal organs
• Determine and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on patient evaluations
• Perform surgeries related to the digestive tract when necessary
• Collaborate with other specialists, such as oncologists, for cases involving cancer diagnosis and treatment
  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of a three-year internal medicine residency program
• A minimum of three years of specialized training in Gastroenterology
• High attention to detail and precision in clinical assessments and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with patients and medical teams
• Proficiency in performing endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures
• Competence in utilizing diagnostic imaging technologies, including X-rays, MRIs, and ultrasounds
