The Role

Lead commercial growth initiatives, supplier partnerships, and sales performance. You will optimize margins, manage commercial planning, and drive cross-functional execution to achieve business KPIs.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial management experience in retail, pharmacy, FMCG, or healthcare.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth, profitability, and managing supplier agreements.
• Deep understanding of pricing, margins, promotions, and trade deals.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial awareness skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance).
