As our Clinic Manager, you will be the face of the clinic—responsible for smooth operations, patient satisfaction, compliance, and team performance. This role requires a well-groomed, polished, and professional individual who can represent our luxury brand with grace.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage day-to-day clinic operations with efficiency and discretion
✔ Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic standards
✔ Lead, train, and motivate a team of healthcare professionals
✔ Oversee financial performance and clinic growth strategies
✔ Maintain the highest level of patient care and premium service delivery
✔ Act as the brand ambassador of the clinic, ensuring an exceptional client journey

🎯 Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Healthcare/Business/Management (Master’s preferred)

Previous experience as a Clinic Manager or similar role in aesthetics, dermatology, or luxury healthcare in the UAE

Presentable and professional personality with excellent grooming standards

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Fluent in English; Arabic speaker preferred

In-depth knowledge of DHA guidelines & healthcare compliance
