Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated General Dentist who can also manage clinic administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should hold a valid UAE dental license, have their own visa, and be open to working on a commission basis.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

* Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of dental conditions

* Perform routine procedures such as fillings, extractions, scaling, and polishing

* Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

Administrative Duties:

* Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow

* Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and coordination

* Handle basic billing, insurance coordination, and reporting

* Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic standards

* Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers

Requirements

* Valid DHA License / Eligibility as a General Dentist

* Must have own visa

* Previous experience in both clinical and administrative roles preferred

* Strong communication and patient management skills

* Ability to multitask and manage clinic operations independently

* Willing to work on a commission-based structure

Working Conditions

* 6 days per week

* Immediate joining required

Compensation
