Position: Call Centre Executive

Location: JBR, Dubai

Salary: AED 4000/month + Commission (per conversion)

Language: Arabic speakers preferred

About the Role

We’re looking for a smart and proactive Call Centre Executive to join the Aries Clinic team. Your job is simple but crucial: turn leads into loyal customers. You’ll be the first voice people hear, and how you manage that call can make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Call incoming leads and convert them into confirmed appointments
• Follow up with potential clients who haven’t booked yet
• Confirm and remind clients about upcoming appointments
• Coordinate between doctors and clients for rescheduling
• Keep the CRM updated with lead status and notes
• Build relationships with repeat clients and encourage retention
• Share offers, packages, or new treatments with existing customers

Who You Are

• You’ve got great phone manners and people enjoy talking to you
• You understand (or are willing to learn about) aesthetic and dental services – laser hair removal, hydrafacials, teeth whitening, aligners, etc.
• You’re comfortable handling objections and closing appointments
• You can multitask – talk, type, and think at the same time
• Arabic speaking is a big plus
