Business Development Executive (Cosmetology & Dermatology Products)

We’re Hiring – Business Development Executive (Cosmetology & Dermatology Products)
Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the cosmetology and dermatology sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, clinics, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
  • Leverage an established contact base with leading Dermatologists (“star doctors”) across the UAE to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
  • Manage agency/product onboarding, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to ensure successful execution of business development plans.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Deliver regular progress reports, forecasts, and recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 4–6 years’ proven experience in business development within cosmetology, dermatology, or aesthetic medical equipment/consumables.
  • Well-established network and contact base of key opinion leaders and star doctors in the UAE Dermatology community.
  • Strong market knowledge and established network of clinics, hospitals, and medical distributors.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize and close deals, driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • UAE Driving License required.
